Our Story
The idea for The Admin Treehouse grew from my own experience working in child care. As a center director, I often found myself spending nearly 75% of my day in classrooms due to staffing needs. That left only a small window of time to handle everything else

I was constantly juggling, always catching up, and never able to focus on making the center stronger or more connected.
I saw how easy it was for directors to fall into the same cycle of doing everything they could to keep things afloat, but never getting the chance to move their program forward. Constantly being in catch-up mode makes it impossible to focus on the details that elevate a program’s quality. I want to help centers from letting their high-quality care fall through the cracks because they are too busy playing catch-up.
That’s what inspired me to create The Admin Treehouse. By taking the behind-the-scenes administrative work off their plates, we give directors back their time to focus on what truly matters:

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Evelyn.
I’ve spent my career in early childhood education working as a teacher, assistant director, and center director. Through it all, I’ve seen the incredible dedication it takes to run a childcare program. Creating The Admin Treehouse came from my desire to help. I wanted to build something that makes directors feel supported and gives them the breathing room to focus on what really matters
Outside of my work, I’m an animal lover who enjoys reading, painting, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
